Board of Directors
Functions: Establish the policies and manage the operations of CC@H.

Communications
Functions: Produce quarterly newsletter; communicate regularly with partner and community organizations and local media; spread the word about CC@H, events and programs via promotional materials; maintain web site and Forum and promote CC@H through social media; A/V tech support at CC@H events.
Community Services & Service Providers
Functions: Maintain the Neighbor-Recommended List, which contains a wide variety of tradespeople recommended by neighborhood residents; maintain a list of recommended In-Home Care Providers; explore other community resources and services that are not provided by our volunteers, but that are wanted by members.
Development
Functions: Develop systems, programs and financial support to meet the changing financial and member needs of the organization; explore opportunities for financial support, including corporate donors, public and private grants; identify and cultivate potential major donors
Social Networking and Program
Functions: Bring together neighbors; plan educational and cultural programs; provide Members and non-members a place to connect with other Chevy Chase residents--a key to well-being as we age.
Volunteer Services
Functions: Develop training materials; recruit and train volunteers; determine volunteer services to be provided and criteria for providing services; match volunteers with service needs; host observers from villages in development; evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery.
Membership
Functions: Identify member services and benefits; recommend methods and opportunities for recruitment and retention of members; track membership trends.
