Montgomery County boasts a wide variety of resources for older residents.  Shawn Brennan will facilitate a discussion about activities participants enjoy and programs they benefit from. In addition, she will suggest other resources to explore that contribute to successful aging.

Shawn Brennan has worked for Montgomery County Aging and Disability Services since 2005. She has focused on health & wellness and transportation.

Following Ms. Brennan's presentation we will enjoy a guided relaxation session.
